Let me guess, you want to lose weight but can't find the time or energy left after a long day. I understand. Even those little school children find themselves busy nowadays, so you have all my support with this.
Let us go reacquaint ourselves with quick workouts to lose weight because I am sure you've decided to these before but it's normal to run out of motivation.
1. WALK, CLIMB, RUN
Well, walking is a really good way to lose weight but let's be honest, you need to do a lot of it to lose weight. So, let us try something new: From today onwards (not Monday), We will set goals for the week and then keep on increasing the level as time passes. So you can start with walking a little distance to the office or back, and if the office is on the higher floor, climb a few floors first and then take the lift, etc.
It's all about your level of comfort and determination to push forward.
2. ASK YOURSELF IF YOU'RE REALLY HUNGRY
It's mostly just your habits and not hunger and in most cases a way to deal with emotions. So every time you feel like snacking drink some water and indulge in something. Honestly, this wont happen overnight, it will take time
3. EXERCISE
I understand it is difficult to find the motivation after a long, tiring day but all you have got to do i dance like no one is watching, trust me that counts. GO CRAZY!!
4. TELL EVERYONE THAT YOU TRYING TO HEALTHY
People criticize! So why don't we use it for a better purpose. Tell them and this way you'll work extra hard to keep up with good eating habits.
All types of bodies are beautiful but the feeling knowing that you are making effort towards basic health benefits is really encouraging for the rest of the activities.
This way of living is way where can take care of your health without really having it on your mind all the time.
