WORKOUT DURING PERIODS

 Greetings 🍧 Do you enjoy working out but you stop completely when you get your period? In that case, you're not alone.  So many girls just stay the bed and try not to move during periods, and exercising is way out of the question. The main reason for that is the fear of leaking and minimizing the feeling of the discomfort caused by menstrual products.  If that is the case, I do have a solution for you, it made my life better, I am sure it will do the same for you.
