Do you enjoy working out but you stop completely when you get your period? In that case, you're not alone.
So many girls just stay the bed and try not to move during periods, and exercising is way out of the question. The main reason for that is the fear of leaking and minimizing the feeling of the discomfort caused by menstrual products.

Now, We've said goodbye to discomfort, let's get back to relaxing workouts for periods. I'll be sharing few youtube videos with you because I feel that's a much better way to work out, especially during periods.
- 7 MINUTES STRETCHES
7 min stretches by Daniela Suarez are a set of comforting stretches that will help you overcome cramps and any kind of discomfort in the abdominal area.
- 20 MINUTES GENTLE YOGA
This yoga video is absolutely relaxing. The music, the yoga flow, everything is just perfect. It is both comforting and can be performed in the comfort of your bed.
- WALK
I know this will need you to get out of bed and go out, and that is the last thing you want to do. It's absolutely alright, walk in the house itself. If you feel comfortable, go out meet some friends and walk and talk. You'll forget the pain and discomfort.
- DANCE
You don't require to have a dance routine. Just put on some nice music and sway. That will definitely help you to forget the pain and put you in an excellent mood.
