WEIGHT LOSS WITHOUT MUCH EFFORT

Well, if you really want to lose weight, then I believe you should go all out, but I do understand that that can consume a lot of time every day. So here are few tips to lose weight without putting too much time into it, let us be honest to ourselves, this will not give you abs, but will help cut down the extra fat and achieve the ideal weight. 

Two important things are commitment and patience because let us be practical now and not fool ourselves anymore. So let's begin 


INTERMITTENT FASTING

Fasting is easy. Yes, you read that right. Let me break it down for you, you are for sure going break rules when you start. But, that is completely normal and even better, in fact, because when you force yourself to follow a strict diet or fasting routine, you will give up very soon. But when you take baby steps, you're working towards making it a habit, which is the best way to lose weight. SAYING NO

This may seem difficult and even rude, but not to worry. If it's the family or friends who eat all the time, you can announce it 5 to 6 times and that will be enough, no one will force you now. If you are a guest and the host offers food to you, you can always say "No, thank you" with a pleasant smile or may just take a bite or two if you cannot resist. WALK WHENEVER POSSIBLE

This is self-explanatory. Download a fitness or step-counting app and challenge yourself every day to walk more than yesterday. 


EXERCISE 

You don't need a gym membership, just put on some music and dance for 15 to 45 minutes and you are good. This will benefit you in so many ways. You will be happier and more energetic even if it's the laziest day. Following these steps will definitely help you shed some weight and maintain a healthy body and mind. Just to remind you, this will take some time, so please be patient and push yourself every day.
